Merchandise sold on Music Collector has to bear relation to music or musicians.
Sales may be conducted in different currencies.
Bids for the auction are binding.
Always demand that the seller takes out an insurance on the goods when you buy expensive items.

In the case of sales of merchandise at a fixed price, the sold item has to be sent to the
buyer as fast as possible and at the latest two weeks after payment has been received.
This applies unless a different arrangement has been made with the buyer or unless a later delivery
date has been specified in the advertisement.
Concerning the sale of merchandise in an auction. The seller has to contact the buyer
as fast as possible after the auction has concluded and at the latest two weeks after the names
and addresses of the winners have been received from us.
If the seller, are unable, for good reason, to comply with the regulations, she/he must immediately inform the buyer and arrange a new delivery date.
IMPORTANT: Always contact the seller - and wait for the reply - before you return an item.
Private sellers:
The private sellers give you different rights. Information about right of return is shown on the Order page.
Shops
You are allowed to return the item within 14 days (after you have received the item) and get your money back.
You pay the return freight. Unless stated otherwise.
Sealed items - Use solid packing
If you buy a new sealed CD or other items that are still sealed do not break the seal if you want to keep your right of return.
Always use the original package when returning an item. It that is not possible use a strong package to procted the item.
Damages
If you can see that the goods have suffered in transit then refuse to take delivery of the goods. - The items will then be returned to sender and you will get a refund from the seller.
