Music Collector is not responsible for the content of the advertisements, but we will do what we can to ensure that all trade advertised on Music Collector takes place in a responsible and secure atmosphere.

Merchandise sold on Music Collector has to bear relation to music or musicians.

Sales may be conducted in different currencies.

Bids for the auction are binding.

If there are problems in connection with a sale, first contact the person you are trading with.

About delivery

In the case of sales of merchandise at a fixed price, the sold item has to be sent to the buyer as fast as possible and at the latest two weeks after payment has been received.

This applies unless a different arrangement has been made with the buyer or unless a later delivery date has been specified in the advertisement.

Concerning the sale of merchandise in an auction. The seller has to contact the buyer as fast as possible after the auction has concluded and at the latest two weeks after the names and addresses of the winners have been received from us.

If you, as the seller, are unable, for good reason, to comply with the regulations, you must immediately inform the buyer and arrange a new delivery date.
